Raio Mitsuno (光野 雷生, Mitsuno Raio?) is a Japanese game producer who works at Luminous Productions. He is also the creative producer of Forspoken.

Raio Mitsuno previously worked in the marketing department for various games published by Square Enix such as games from the Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts series.[1] Before Forspoken, Raio Mitsuno latest role was as part of Final Fantasy XV's Global Brand Team for the main game and its various DLCs.[1]
